Exchanges & Returns
EXCHANGES
Once you have received your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer either an exchange or offer a credit note for your returned item(s) for future online orders with us. Please note that exchanges will only take place if you notify us within 7 days of your purchase and items must be in a re-saleable condition, eg. unworn and unwashed.
Simply email us on snobarkidswear@gmail.com with your order number, items to be exchanged and reason for the exchange. We will then share with you the next steps to process the exchange, whereby you will be responsible for any delivery costs associated with delivering the items back to us.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We place a high degree of importance on the quality of our collections, however, if you find that an item you have purchased is either damaged or defective, please contact us on snobarkidswear@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos. We will then proceed by replacing the item for you.
